Where O’ where has the music gone🎼🎷? Music is for sharing and enjoying with friends—so where can you find go live music venues in Hong Kong? We decided to try some out and here are our top bars for live music🎶🎸:
1. Foxglove

Vintage umbrella store on the outside, classy live music bar on the inside. Cantonese dim sum, innovative cocktails and live music starting at 10 pm. Check out their facebook page on the latest live music acts. They also recently showed a comedy act by Indian-Chinese stand-up comedian Vivek Mahbubani. Make sure you follow the smart casual dress code.

2. Iron Fairies

A night of magic awaits behind the unassuming door of the Iron Fairies bar. Pop rock, African music, RnB are available live. There are iron fairies at every table and iron melting equipment as decoration. Drinks priced around HK$100-200. Typical bar snacks available.

3. Rula Live
One of HK’s best sports bars is excited that once again it can offer live music to its customers. This place has a huge amount of space with a pool table and runs lots of different events like Salsa to keep you entertained. The music can be anything from rock to pop and they always have different drinks deals. They have windows that open up into the heart of LKF for great people watching.

3. Aftermath
This cool and underground bar is literally underground and provides us with some alternative music suitable for all genres such as rock, dance, blues, jazz, techno, they even host live performances such as stand-up and improv. If you are looking for a fun and ‘covid safe’ environment this could be the place for you. All musicians play behind a plastic wall for protection.
