LocalHood Sound Healing GONG Bath @ FRI, 12th JULY

Friday night CHILLED: Switch off and start your weekend chilled and relaxed, through a guided meditation with sound.

Local Hoodies are invited to join Cheryl's 45-minute candlelit gong bath. You will be immersed in the gong’s soothing, grounding sound and vibrations that will enable deep relaxation and a sense of peace and well-being.Everyday, comfortable clothing is fine for this session.
