Based in the village of Dajiangpu in Yeun Long, these farmers are devoted to family and farming. Their large area of farmland is tended to with natural underground well water to produce quality organic fruits and vegetables which has been certified organic by the Hong Kong Organic Resource Centre (HKORC). They grow a wide range of herbs, including raspberry leaf, aloe vera and garlic, and vegetables - sweet corn, pumpkin and spinach - which can be ordered through their website. They also offer tours of their farm so you can see exactly where the produce is coming from.
