'Like a lot of places, Hongkong also has this tango going on between the old and new. A lot of the classic old shops are being shut down, due to facelift given in the name of progress. I chose to sketch this meat shop. These shops are so characteristic of Hong Kong Streets. The owner was delighted with the meaty sketch!.
